A new service that I am offering is holistic life coaching sessions. I have plenty of experience and knowledge when it comes to helping others learn how to heal themselves. For the past 8 years I have been gaining knowledge and experience on many different subjects. Here are just a few of them. How to navigate through spiritual awakenings (including the dark night of the soul), the difference between empaths and narcissists, how to heal from childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse, how to do shadow work, how to learn to love yourself, how to set healthy boundaries, all about past lives, how to balance chakras, and so much more. I have used this knowledge to transform my own life, and the lives of many others.
