This page is dedicated to frequently asked questions that I have came across in the past few years of running this business.

What Kind of Wire Do You Use?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions that I have been presented with. I use an array of different kinds of wire. High quality copper, different colored coated copper, antique bronze, gold coated silver, and of course .999 sterling silver wire. The different types of wire that I use are listed in the description of each piece. I order most of my wire from either Rio Grande, or Fire Mountain Gems.

How Do I Recharge My Wire Wrapped Jewelry?

Crystals need to be cleared and recharged, just like many other things. If you want to recharge, clean or clear them, simply use the methods below. 

First, you should clean and clear your piece.  These are the preferred methods:

• Using sage
• Placing it near clearing crystals (such as quartz or amethyst)
• Placing outside under a full moon
• Putting it under running water (but not for too long) 

After completing one or more of the procedures above, you will want to meditate with your piece.  Concentrating on filling the piece with lots of positive vibes. I also periodically send distance reiki healing energy to all of my pieces. Safety & Care Instructions

Considering these wire wrapped pieces are hand-made, you'll want to treat them with respect.

• Don't wear them while you are doing any manual labor, where you will possibly get sweat on it. 
• Don't put them in any kind of liquid for a long period of time, as it will tarnish the wire and may even ruin the crystal. Not all crystals are waterproof.

International Orders

Items take longer to arrive over-seas due to the extra steps when it comes to shipping internationally.  Also, a lot depends on the country you are living in or I am shipping to - as to what is acceptable and what is not. Before placing an order make sure you check what your country allows through over-seas merchandise shipments before buying something that sends internationally.
